Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be professional, dedicated, and experienced in a customer-facing role where first impressions matter. You will maintain meeting rooms and office spaces to a high standard while supporting a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors.

  • Microsoft Office experience and the ability to manage correspondence, deliveries, visitor access, sign-in procedures, hospitality, and meeting support will be key.
  • Corporate, concierge, security-focused front-of-house, or high-end hospitality experience would be advantageous.

We are looking for a people-focused individual who works professionally with internal and external customers. You will be able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail, and bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic. You will take ownership of front-of-house and security responsibilities, share best practice, and suggest improvements that enhance processes, the visitor experience, and workplace safety.
