Step into a Key Front-of-House Role with Rapport as a Corporate Receptionist
Supporting a prestigious British multinational firm specialising in risk management, insurance brokerage, and advisory services.

Our client is based in the vibrant City of London near Fenchurch Street, where you’ll be the welcoming presence that sets the tone for a polished and professional workplace.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota between 7:30 AM and 5.30 PM)
Salary: £33,258 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Welcome guests at reception and escort them to their meeting rooms or designated areas within the building.
- Proactively handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner, ensuring all needs are met professionally.
- Provide administrative support whenever required.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure all AV and required equipment are arranged.
- Work closely with the events team and coordinate catering services for meeting spaces.
- Answer and direct internal and external calls in a professional and courteous manner.
