We are recruiting for a prestigious firm based in the City seeking a standout front-of-house professional to deliver a truly 5-star service experience across a range of desks for a large head office building.
The Role:
- Providing an exceptional 5* meet and greet to clients and visitors
- Managing and controlling busy meeting room schedules
- Coordinating and facilitating internal and client-facing events
- Acting as a brand ambassador for a highly respected law firm
- Anticipating needs before they arise and consistently looking for ways to impress
About You:
- Impeccably presented with strong communication skills
- Naturally intuitive with the ability to anticipate and exceed expectations
- Calm, organised and confident in a corporate environment
- Passionate about delivering a seamless client journey
