Corporate Receptionist

We’re looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team in Victoria London, taking ownership of front-of-house operations on the ground floor. You’ll greet visitors, coordinate check-ins, manage key administrative tasks and ensure the lobby remains welcoming, professional and aligned with our client’s standards. This is one of our busiest locations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You’ll operate as a solo Receptionist alongside security at London Victoria, while still being part of a wider Rapport community. Our contract spans across London City, meaning you’ll be connected to a team of 43 Ambassadors who collaborate, support each other and deliver exceptional service across multiple sites.

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Salary: £33,870 per annum

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and service requests promptly and courteously across all channels, providing clear, helpful and professional responses.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of building facilities to confidently advise, direct and support guests throughout the premises.
  • Provide operational support across buildings adapting to changing demands and maintaining consistent service standards across locations.
  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome ensuring every guest feels acknowledged, valued and aligned with the brand experience.
  • Follow up proactively on incomplete bookings securing missing details to guarantee a smooth arrival process.

  • Bring a confident, personable approach with the ability to build strong, natural rapport with internal stakeholders, external partners and VIP guests.

  • Work comfortably independently while also thriving within a large, collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain impeccable personal presentation supported by outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Show genuine passion for exceptional guest service ensuring every interaction feels warm, polished and memorable.
  • Bring valuable front-of-house experience ideally gained within a luxury hotel, premium airline or corporate hospitality setting.
