More about the role

We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Corporate Headquarters, supporting both Coventry City Football Club and the CBS Arena. This highly visible front-of-house role is at the heart of our business and offers the opportunity to create outstanding first impressions for visitors, partners, executives and VIP guests.

As our Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a first-class reception experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our front-of-house operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors, guests and colleagues with professionalism and warmth
  • Acting as the first point of contact in person and over the telephone
  • Managing visitor sign-in procedures, passes and security protocols
  • Directing and escorting guests to meetings and appointments
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms to a high standard
  • Supporting hospitality arrangements for meetings and VIP visitors
  • Managing incoming post, deliveries and courier services
  • Maintaining an organised, professional and welcoming reception area
  • Providing administrative support to the Office Manager
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Representing the organisation's values and standards at all times

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a previous experience within a corporate reception, hospitality, hotel, professional services or similar customer-facing environment
  • A professional and approachable manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, VIP guests and commercial partners
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs
  • The ability to remain calm and professional when managing multiple priorities
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • High levels of reliability, discretion and punctuality
  • A genuine passion for exceptional customer service
