Fantastic Front of House Opportunity

Fantastic Front of House opportunity with a growing international finance company in London’s West End who truly look after their employees.

For someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, this is a wonderful long-term opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive team within a company that genuinely invests in and rewards its employees.

Working alongside one other receptionist and the facilities/office management team, you will play a key role in creating a polished and welcoming environment for clients, visitors and colleagues, while also supporting the wider office with events, travel and administration.

The Role Will Include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing a first-class experience from arrival
  • Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are presented to the highest standard
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Coordinating couriers and deliveries
  • Supporting the organisation of internal and external events
  • Booking travel and assisting with itineraries
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Office Manager
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office

Ideal Candidate:

Ideally you will have prior experience as a Receptionist or Front of House Coordinator in a fast-paced corporate environment.

You will be:

  • Polished and professional in your approach
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and happy to get involved beyond traditional reception duties
  • A genuine team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Location: London, West End
  • Working Pattern: Fully office-based, with a one-hour lunch break
