About the Company
At Fora, we’re reimagining what the workplace can be. We create inspiring, design led spaces that blend hospitality, community, and wellbeing so people can work productively, creatively, and happily. From our first London workspace over 20 years ago, we’ve grown to 60+ locations across the UK supporting 30,000+ members and partnering with trailblazing brands like Ocado, The British Fashion Council, and Pangaia. Backed by The Office Group, Blackstone, and Brockton Capital, we’re growing fast and pioneering conscious design, sustainable construction, and workspaces that empower people to work in their own unique way. At Fora, we’re not just shaping workplaces - we’re shaping the future of work.
At 20 Grosvenor, we do things differently. Unlike any other Fora location, this prestigious building is home to a single client within the financial services sector. That means every interaction matters. Every welcome, every meeting set-up, every guest experience is an opportunity to deliver something memorable.
We're looking for an outstanding Corporate Receptionist to join our team and help create a seamless, five-star experience for our client, their visitors, and colleagues.
What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact in the building, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. You'll:
- Deliver a first-class front of house experience for visitors and clients
- Manage calls, emails, and reception enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Welcome guests and notify hosts of their arrival
- Ensure reception and client-facing areas are always presented to the highest standard
- Support meeting room bookings, set-ups, and guest hosting
- Assist with meeting room turnarounds alongside the housekeeping team
- Handle access passes and support building security procedures
- Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks
- Raise and monitor IT support tickets where required
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, visitors, and our client's reception team
- Anticipate needs and proactively find ways to enhance the customer experience
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
