We are extremely excited to be recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based at our client’s offices in the City of London, 40 Leadenhall London. The uniquely designed space is crafted for forward-thinking companies, people, and ideas.
This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. Time management is an integral part of this role. The ability to take ownership is key to success and fantastic communication is essential.
Type of contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7AM - 7 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)
Salary: £35,029 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service to all visitors and clients.
- Manage the reception desk and visitor check-in process efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a polished and organised reception environment.
- Assist with general front-of-house duties.
- Ensure building and client standards are upheld at all times.
- Communicate effectively with building teams, security, and occupiers where required.
- Represent Rapport Guest Services and the client with professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate will
