Corporate Receptionist
We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team based in one of our client's sites in Bristol. Our client is a multinational professional services network, and one of the Big Four accounting organisations.
In this role, you will work independently in a small office environment, so strong organisational and multitasking skills are required.

Part-time, Permanent
Hours
24 per week (Tuesday-Thursday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional support with events, finish time around 9pm)
Salary
£17,476 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Signing in visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room, ensuring their comfort.
- Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers.
- Handling the reception and administrative tasks to ensure seamless client journey.
- Managing meeting room bookings and appointment calendars.
- Assisting with general office support (e.g., photocopying, scanning, and faxing).
The ideal candidate will

- Be able to work independently, organise, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality service and going the extra mile.
- Possess excellent communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

- Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Have an outgoing personality, easily building rapport with key stakeholders.
