Corporate Receptionist
We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at one of Rapport’s most prestigious contracts near Canary Wharf. The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms.
In this role, you will manage the reception area, handle incoming calls and visitor enquiries, coordinate meeting room bookings, and provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy office setting. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining a welcoming and professional front-of-house environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a professional corporate environment.
The successful candidate will hold the job title of Client Support Services Ambassador.
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM, with some flexibility as per business needs for overtime)
Salary: £36,015 per annum
Travel: Primarily based in London, with coverage at other locations as per business needs. Travel, accommodation, and dinner are provided if required to work outside the main site.

What The Role Involves
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Book and manage meeting rooms and assist with meeting preparations when required.
- Respond to general enquiries from visitors and internal clients.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
- Provide basic administrative support to different departments when needed.
- Coordinate with building management, security, and other service providers.
