At Anabas, we’re a dynamic national Facilities Management company dedicated to creating outstanding workplace experiences for corporate occupiers, their employees, and their customers. We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Corporate Receptionist / Client Host to join our team supporting one of our prestigious clients in the St James’s Square area of London.

This is a highly client-facing role, where you will be responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and 5-star experience to clients, visitors, and colleagues. You’ll be a key representative on site, so professionalism, flexibility, ownership, and a genuine commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.

What you’ll be doing

• Meet and greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional, and personable manner.
• Handle all incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to client and visitor queries while ensuring all security procedures are strictly followed.
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, checked, and ready ahead of meetings, and reset afterward.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and site teams.
• Provide administrative assistance and general workplace support.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up where appropriate.
• Assist with floor walks, site checks, and cleaning audits.
• Respond positively to reasonable requests from the Anabas Management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation and service across the client floor.
