Role Description
The role of Corporate Receptionist is a full-time position located in London. The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for:
- Greeting clients, visitors, and guests
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Coordinating conference rooms
- Providing administrative support to the team
The Corporate Receptionist must be friendly, professional, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. They must be flexible, love fast-paced environments, and enjoy different environments day to day.

Qualifications
- Phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and clerical skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and the ability to make a great first impression
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
