Role Description
The Corporate Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London, responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors, callers, and colleagues. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Greeting and directing visitors
- Managing the reception area
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Scheduling meeting rooms
- Maintaining visitor logs
- Supporting basic security protocols
- Assisting with administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

The role also involves collaborating closely with facilities and management teams to ensure smooth front-of-house operations, consistent customer service, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated receptionist and front-of-house experience, including managing visitor flow and maintaining a professional reception environment.
- Proficient phone etiquette and call management skills, including handling inquiries, directing calls, and taking accurate messages.
- Solid clerical skills such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and basic document preparation.
- Comfort using office technology (e.g., multi-line phone systems, email, calendars, visitor management tools, and standard office software).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.
- Previous experience in a corporate or facilities management environment is beneficial; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further administrative or customer service qualifications are an advantage.
