Are you an experienced Corporate Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're partnering with a well-known organisation looking for a proactive recruiter to join the team on a 6-8 month maternity cover contract, supporting recruitment across a broad range of corporate functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of vacancies while partnering with hiring managers across the business during one of their busiest recruitment periods.

You'll recruit across a wide range of positions, from entry and mid-level appointments through to Senior Managers and Heads of Function, providing an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple corporate disciplines
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing expert recruitment advice
- Direct sourcing of high-quality candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
- Managing agency relationships where required
- Coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Supporting the business through a significant increase in hiring volumes as new budgets are released from October onwards
Key Background
- Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience across corporate functions
- Experience recruiting Finance and IT roles (essential)
- Ideally a background recruiting within the retail or hospitality sectors, with an understanding of fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Strong direct sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
