The Role:
As our Corporate Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent to help support our care homes nationwide. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Role Highlights:
- Lead and inspire our recruitment team to achieve excellence in talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the diverse needs of our Support Centre and Care Homes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and cultivate a talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessments to identify the best candidates for various roles.
- Influence how we recruit including reducing time to hire, cost per hire and ensuring efficiencies throughout the selection process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance recruitment processes.
- To champion best practice, process and systems management.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment,
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to attract top talent.
- A passion for recruitment and making a difference.
