Job Description

The Opportunity

AC PRIVATE, an ultra-luxury private concierge house dedicated to confidential lifestyle services, is seeking a corporate / residence receptionist to provide an exceptional welcome for a discerning private clientele: HNWI, UHNWI, and family offices across Mayfair, Belgravia, and Knightsbridge. You are the first face of the house, with the discretion of an A-list house that works by referral only.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage in-person and telephone reception at a private residence or corporate headquarters in London.
  • Handle visitors, deliveries, diaries, and coordination of providers.
  • Maintain the impeccable upkeep and atmosphere of reception areas.
  • Screen, direct, and respond with tact and efficiency.
  • Guarantee a confidential and perfectly organized service.

Required Profile

  • Experience in premium reception, concierge, or luxury hospitality.
  • Refined presentation, elegance, and a sense of service.
  • Organisation, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Command of office software.
  • Fluent French and English; any additional language is an asset.
