Day to day duties

  • Deliver corporate restructuring, solvent and insolvency projects as a lead advisor
  • Deal with personal insolvency matters
  • Act as a client-facing advisor with extensive experience of providing restructuring & insolvency advice to stakeholders and have a proven track record of business development with commitment to support the wider Partner group with sales activity
  • Our wide client base comprises entrepreneurial and OMBs, leading professional practices, international corporate organisations, public sector organisations and private individuals
  • Responsibility as lead IP for a mixed portfolio of cases, responsible for them from initial advice to conclusion and release from office
  • Drive revenue growth across existing and new service offerings and therefore demonstrate broad business thinking and sound commercial judgement in order to add value

  • ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified
  • Insolvency experience is essential for the role as you will need to be confident in managing asset valuations and realisations independently
  • Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress
  • Experienced case handler
