Corporate Retreat Providers & Organisers
Location: Global including UKIR.
About the Role
Culture Vitale is expanding its network of corporate retreat partners. Are you the right fit?
Culture Vitale is a platform that curates "Sessions of Vitality" for major companies—immersive, impactful, and engaging experiences designed to elevate the wellbeing, culture, creativity, and development of teams, leaders, and corporate relationships.
In addition to our own sessions, we are looking to collaborate with experienced retreat organizers and providers who can offer retreats to our corporate clients. Our target client base includes major companies in the Fashion, Tech, Finance, Pharmaceutical, and other industries.

The Partnership
We partner with retreat providers in two key ways:
Promoting Your Retreats
Context: We provide clients; you provide retreats.
- We match clients: We work with our clients as consultants to identify the perfect activities that can support their wellbeing, development, and cultural needs.
- You deliver: Based on their needs, we connect them with a retreat partner to deliver an adapted retreat, on a fixed commission percentage on your retreat price.

Context: You have clients/retreats; we provide sessions.

- Your retreat enrichment: We can collaborate with you to elevate your retreat offerings by curating and proposing the right mix of session/workshop hosts based on your needs and budgets.
Our Retreat Hosts also have access to networking opportunities with other Culturists across the globe.
Ideal Match
- You have significant experience creating and delivering retreats (including locations).
- You are an individual or a company with the appropriate rights.
- MUST: You have worked with corporate clients and senior profiles.
- You have examples and concrete evidence of past retreats (including images, programs).
- Conversational in English.
- You fulfill all legal requirements (insurance, permits, etc.) to carry out retreats.
