Tech for good! Our SaaS product Dentally, solves real-world problems across three core areas.
- Clinical: AI-powered diagnostics and note-taking, giving dentists an extra set of expert eyes on every x-ray, further detecting subtle signs across conditions and boosting clinical accuracy in seconds.
- Practice Management: Automating everything, ensuring dental practices get admin done quicker! Payments, Workflows & Patient Management, 3rd Party Integration, Reporting, and Staff Instant Messaging.
- Patient Experience: A digital-first experience that empowers patients to manage appointments, complete medical forms, and make payments - all from their own device. No more old-school phone calls and paper forms.

Your Impact
As the Team Lead, Corporate Rollout, you will own and lead the successful delivery of all corporate and group onboarding rollouts across Henry Schein One. Acting as the subject matter expert for enterprise onboarding, you will be accountable for ensuring large-scale implementations are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with agreed customer outcomes.
Working cross-functionally with Onboarding Project Managers and stakeholders across the business, you will develop and embed scalable onboarding processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and influence operational strategy to support growth. Ensure a world-class onboarding experience for corporate customers while contributing to the achievement of team objectives and long-term business goals.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee corporate and group onboarding rollouts, ensuring projects progress smoothly and key milestones are achieved.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate onboarding projects, supporting communication between internal teams and customers.
- Serve as the go-to for corporate onboarding, building and maintaining deep knowledge of corporate groups, organisational structures, and onboarding requirements to drive successful rollout outcomes.
- Work closely with Onboarding Project Managers to support successful delivery of rollouts and help solve complex operational escalations and own development of Onboarding methodologies.
- Monitor onboarding progress against agreed timelines, KPIs, and customer expectations, escalating risks where appropriate.
- Collaborate with teams across the business, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Training, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Lead customer meetings and rollout discussions to support successful project outcomes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, motivating and inspiring your team to reach and exceed all set targets and KPIs.
- Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous development.
- Ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1 conversations to support growth, engagement, and accountability.
- Maintain a trusting, collaborative environment, enabling the team to thrive.
- Lead the recruitment efforts for your team, identifying and hiring top talent.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes that enhance efficiency and consistency across onboarding activities.
- Support onboarding projects outside of corporate rollout activity when required.
- Share knowledge, best practice, coaching, and lessons learned with colleagues across the Onboarding team.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on rollout progress, risks, and key activities for management review.
- Support the development of onboarding documentation, processes, and ways of working.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business to support successful project delivery.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused team environment.
- Promote Henry Schein One values and contribute to an inclusive and supportive culture.
What You'll Bring With You
- Proven experience leading complex onboarding programmes, customer implementations, or large-scale rollout activities, ideally within a corporate, enterprise, or multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Training.
- An understanding of project management principles and the ability to identify, track, and mitigate risks.
- Experience monitoring project progress and taking proactive action to help keep activities on track.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions using available information.
- A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering a positive onboarding experience.
- An understanding of onboarding, implementation, or customer success processes and a desire to continuously improve ways of working.
- Confidence working with data, reports, and project updates to support informed decision-making.
- The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate issues.
- A positive and adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
