Corporate Sales Advisor
Do you enjoy speaking with B2B customers, identifying opportunities, and helping them find the right solutions for their business needs? Are you a detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer enquiries, order processing, and sales support with confidence and attention to detail?
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Corporate Sales Advisor to join our Corporate Business Development team, located in Harrogate within the Bettys & Taylors Group.
Based at our Bettys Craft Bakery offices in Harrogate, you'll support our corporate customers through the busy Christmas season, delivering exceptional service and helping ensure every order runs smoothly and on time.

Working Pattern
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours over 5 days. This is a fixed-term role for 3 months, ideally starting on 5th October 2026 and ending on 24th December 2026
This role can accommodate hybrid working and flexible hours. Collaborating in-person with your peers 2-3 days per week would normally be expected.

About You
Professional Attributes (Technical)
Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with confidence managing customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and proactively follow up leads.
- Strong IT and system skills for order management, invoicing, and account set-up. Microsoft Office proficient: (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Can communicate confidently within the workplace to support our internal operations and bakery teams.

- Customer service experience, particularly in a business-to-business (B2B) or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of corporate gifting, retail, hospitality, or related industries.
