Company Description

Greatness has been in our DNA since 1910. Now we’re bringing it to the next generation of fitness.

Everlast Gyms is evolving fast. We’re investing in our spaces, elevating our experience and building a team with the ambition to match where we’re heading.

We’re looking for people who bring energy, think commercially and take ownership. People who want to challenge the norm, drive growth and make a real impact.

This is your opportunity to join a growing brand, make your mark and help shape what comes next.

Job Description

Role Scope & Travel

This is a field-based, B2B and community-focused sales role. You will spend most of your time out in the local area building partnerships and generating leads, rather than working behind a desk.

If you love getting out into the community, creating connections and turning opportunities into new members, this is the role for you.

Your primary focus will be driving membership growth through proactive lead generation, local activations and high-impact partnerships that put Everlast Gyms at the heart of the local community.

You may work across a local cluster of Everlast Gyms, with occasional wider travel, so access to a vehicle is preferable. Some evening and weekend flexibility will also be required to bring key events, partnerships and activations to life.

Purpose of the Role

To create demand, build meaningful local connections and drive membership growth by taking Everlast Gyms beyond the four walls of the club. You’ll develop strong B2B and community partnerships, generate quality leads and create opportunities that connect more people with Everlast Gyms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
