Corporate Sales Team Lead
We're looking for a Corporate Sales Team Lead to join our B2B team at Virgin Incentives.
We turn recognition into results with anti-ordinary rewards
About the Role
Ready to bring anti-ordinary corporate gifting and the iconic Virgin magic to the B2B world? As our Corporate Sales Team Lead you’ll be a hands-on driving force behind revenue growth in our B2B division, driving sales performance while supporting a high-performing account team. You’ll champion how UK businesses attract, reward and retain their clients and talent through unforgettable experience schemes.
Success in this role means being commercially sharp, tenacious, and hungry for results. You won't just manage accounts; you’ll proactively uncover new business, consultatively cross-sell and upsell our world-class portfolio, act as a true Brand Ambassador and mentor a small team. If you thrive on exceeding ambitious sales targets, building high-value corporate partnerships, taking your first step into sales leadership, and bringing big energy to a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to shine and transform standard employee recognition and customer acquisition programs into something extraordinary.
You’ll enjoy uncapped commission and commercial thrills, directly rewarded for your success as you secure high-value accounts and drive major revenue with top-tier UK businesses. Bringing bold energy, you’ll deliver consultative solutions that make clients wonder how they ever survived without us. All this comes with a fantastic work-life balance through our flexible hybrid model - based at our vibrant Bourne End, Buckinghamshire HQ (SL8 5YS) for a minimum of 2 days a week.
What you'll do:
- Drive Revenue & Account Growth: Proactively manage and scale a portfolio of corporate B2B clients to consistently hit and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Capitalise on Cross-Sell & Upsell Opportunities: Identify client objectives and consultatively pitch tailored solutions for reward and recognition, sales incentives, customer acquisition, and corporate gifting using our portfolio of products.
- Build Long-Term Business Partnerships: Develop deep, multi-level relationships with key corporate decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Sales Leaders, Marketing) to drive client retention and lifetime value.
- Drive Team Excellence: Lead and inspire the team, coaching them to consistently smash targets, driving individual personal growth and team connection while aligning day-to-day sales activity with the broader strategy.
- Act as a Virgin Brand Ambassador: Deliver an exceptional sales journey, representing the Virgin brand professionally and authentically within the B2B marketplace.
- Deliver Strategic Account Plans: Formulate and execute clear account retention and growth strategies tailored to high-value B2B clients.
- CRM & Sales Forecasting: Maintain precise sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and client records using CRM systems to ensure clear visibility of revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the Head of Sales to design and execute commercial strategy, monitor market trends, and capitalise on high-growth sectors. Also work alongside the VED management team.
- Power Commercial Innovation: Collaborate seamlessly with B2B Marketing to fuel the sales pipeline, using joint strategic insights and creative deal-structuring to smash through client barriers and close complex sales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
