Job Description
BMW Park Lane is looking for a Corporate Sales Trainee to join the team at our flagship BMW Retail showroom in Park Lane.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the automotive industry through the Corporate Sales Trainee programme, working in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment. You will have the opportunity to learn from and support an experienced Corporate Sales Team, with exciting development prospects ahead.
What awaits you?
Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include
- Gaining an understanding of how the Corporate Department operates and supporting its day-to-day activities.
- Assisting the Corporate Team with Daily Enquiries, Building relationships, and the digital presentation of showroom vehicles online, handover of BMW & MINI to customers at Park Lane.
- Organising and supporting customer test drives and rides.

Your Profile
This role would suit an individual looking to begin a career in the BMW world, with a genuine passion for cars and a good understanding of different makes and models.
- A full, clean driving licence is essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload effectively on a day-to-day basis.
Full training will be provided through a structured, multi-level programme, so previous experience is not essential. However, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.
