Role Overview

The Corporate Security Coordinator supports the delivery of security operations across F1 sites, based at our new London Headquarters, helping to ensure effective coordination of security activities, compliance requirements, incident management processes, and stakeholder engagement. The role provides operational and administrative support to the Corporate Security Manager, helping maintain a safe, secure, and resilient workplace for employees, visitors, contractors, and business operations.

  • Assist with maintaining site security procedures, instructions, and operational documentation.
  • Support routine security inspections, audits, and workplace security checks.

  • Conduct security risk assessments for new projects, workplace changes, events, and business activities.
  • Coordinate agreed risk mitigation actions, ensuring updates, evidence, and follow-up activity are accurately tracked.
  • Escalate emerging risks, vulnerabilities, or security concerns to the Corporate Security Manager where appropriate.
  • Support the monitoring of intelligence reports, threat information, and local security developments, escalating relevant information and recommended actions.
  • Support asset protection processes including loss reporting, asset audits, investigations, and disposal reviews.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
