About The Role
We are looking for a vigilant and professional Corporate Security Officer to safeguard our client's people, property, and assets. You will act as the face of the operation—managing front-of-house duties, monitoring access control and CCTV, conducting routine patrols, and ensuring all site protocols are flawlessly executed to maintain our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Deliver exceptional security services in strict compliance with site Assignment Instructions (AIs), UK legislation, and company policies.
- Front-of-House & Access Control: Manage reception, handle visitor logs (from contractors to corporate personnel), issue keys and passes, and oversee goods-inward areas.
- Technology & Monitoring: Utilize MS Office, CCTV, and access control systems to maintain site security.
- Health, Safety & Incident Response: Proactively identify hazards, manage challenging situations with professionalism, maintain accurate incident logs, and execute timely check-calls and emergency responses.
- Continuous Development: Complete mandatory competency training and engage in ongoing professional growth.

What We Are Looking For
- Licensing: A valid front-line SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) is essential and must be worn on duty. (Note: Licences must be renewed at least 16 weeks prior to expiry).
- Experience: Previous corporate security experience is a plus, though we welcome ambitious candidates eager to learn.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Tech-Savvy: IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new security systems.
- Logistics: Due to the site location, access to private transport is strongly preferred.
