Corporate Senior Solicitor – Bristol – Up to £130,000 + Bonus
A leading Legal 500 boutique law firm with an outstanding reputation is looking for a Corporate Senior Solicitor to join its highly regarded Bristol office. You will advise an exceptional client base, including high-growth businesses, private equity investors and entrepreneurs, on a broad range of complex corporate transactions while working alongside a market-leading Corporate team.
The Role:
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures
- Lead complex matters for private equity investors, entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses
- Support clients throughout the full business lifecycle, from investment through to exit
- Build and develop long-term client relationships while delivering commercially focused advice
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers within a collaborative and supportive environment
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the Corporate practice
- Play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services across a diverse range of sectors

The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate transactional law
- Strong background advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture matters
- Experience gained within a reputable regional, national or international law firm
- Commercially minded with excellent technical and strategic advisory skills
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and manage complex transactions
- Collaborative approach with experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Ambitious and proactive with a genuine desire to progress your career
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service within a leading Legal 500 firm
