Corporate Senior Associate | Bristol | Top 50 Firm
Looking for a Corporate role where you can work on genuinely high-quality transactions, have direct access to leading Partners and build towards a bigger leadership role?
I’m working with a Top 50, Legal 500 Tier 1 Corporate team in Bristol that is looking to hire a Senior Associate at 6+ PQE.
This is a firm with a strong reputation nationally, an excellent client base and a culture that places genuine emphasis on development, collaboration and work-life balance.
The role
You’ll join an established Corporate team advising an impressive mix of businesses, from large multinational and FTSE-listed organisations through to high-growth and entrepreneurial companies.

The role also offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibility within the team. You’ll work closely with Partners on key client relationships, supervise and develop junior lawyers and play an active role in the continued growth of the Bristol Corporate practice.
There is a genuine opportunity here for someone who wants to move towards a more senior leadership position over time.
What they’re looking for
- 6+ PQE in Corporate
- Strong M&A experience, ideally alongside PE and/or JV work
- Experience managing client relationships and junior lawyers
- Commercial approach and strong communication skills
- Someone who wants to take on greater responsibility and play a role in developing the team
