Corporate Senior Associate

Eclectic Recruitment are working with a highly regarded London law firm who are looking to add a Corporate Senior Associate to their growing team.

The role will offer exposure to a broad mix of high-quality Corporate work, including private M&A, venture capital and growth investments, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements.

The successful candidate will be given plenty of responsibility, including the opportunity to lead transactions, manage junior lawyers, and build direct relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Around 4–7 years’ PQE
  • Strong Corporate/M&A experience gained within a recognised UK or international law firm
  • Experience running transactions and taking responsibility for key workstreams
  • Strong drafting, technical, and client-facing skills
  • An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
