The Opportunity

TSR Legal is working in partnership with a leading UK law firm that continues to strengthen its presence across Wales through strategic growth and investment. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Corporate team in Cardiff, working within a national business that combines high quality work with a collaborative and modern culture.

The Cardiff office has quickly established itself as an important part of the firm’s national network, attracting experienced lawyers and advising an impressive client base across Wales and the wider UK. The team continues to grow and offers an outstanding platform for lawyers seeking high quality work, genuine career progression and the support of a forward thinking legal business.

The Role

You will advise a broad range of clients including owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, fast growth companies and established national organisations. The role offers exposure to a varied corporate caseload including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, investments and general corporate advisory work.

About You

You will be a qualified solicitor with approximately five or more years of post qualification experience gained within a recognised Corporate team.

You will have experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions together with excellent technical ability, commercial awareness and strong client relationship skills.

You will enjoy working collaboratively, be confident supporting business development activity and have the ambition to continue developing your career within a progressive national law firm.
