Senior Associate – Corporate (6+ PQE) Guildford | Hybrid Working
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Corporate team in Guildford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate looking to take on a visible role within a collaborative team, advising an impressive client base on high-quality corporate transactions while enjoying genuine long-term career progression.
You'll work alongside highly respected Partners on a broad range of complex matters, whilst also taking ownership of your own transactions and developing lasting client relationships.

The team advises a diverse range of UK and international businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and owner-managed companies across a wide variety of sectors.

You'll be involved in:
- Mergers & acquisitions.
- Venture capital and investment transactions.
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
- Company law and corporate governance advice.
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation.
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Working closely with clients, accountants, investors, and other professional advisers.
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Playing an active role in business development and growing the practice.
About You:
We're keen to speak with Corporate Solicitors who have:
- 6+ years' PQE gained within a respected private practice.
- Strong experience advising on M&A and corporate transactions.
- Confidence managing transactions from start to finish.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
- Experience supervising junior lawyers (desirable).
- An interest in business development and helping grow a successful practice.
