Senior Associate – Corporate (6+ PQE) Guildford | Hybrid Working

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Corporate team in Guildford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate looking to take on a visible role within a collaborative team, advising an impressive client base on high-quality corporate transactions while enjoying genuine long-term career progression.

You'll work alongside highly respected Partners on a broad range of complex matters, whilst also taking ownership of your own transactions and developing lasting client relationships.

The Opportunity:

The team advises a diverse range of UK and international businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and owner-managed companies across a wide variety of sectors.

You'll be involved in:

  • Mergers & acquisitions.
  • Venture capital and investment transactions.
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
  • Company law and corporate governance advice.
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation.
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Working closely with clients, accountants, investors, and other professional advisers.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers.
  • Playing an active role in business development and growing the practice.

About You:

We're keen to speak with Corporate Solicitors who have:

  • 6+ years' PQE gained within a respected private practice.
  • Strong experience advising on M&A and corporate transactions.
  • Confidence managing transactions from start to finish.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
  • Experience supervising junior lawyers (desirable).
  • An interest in business development and helping grow a successful practice.
