Corporate Senior Associate 6+ PQE
Location: Surrey | Hybrid
Salary: ~£100K +
A leading Top 50 UK law firm with an excellent Legal 500-ranked Corporate practice is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Associate / Corporate Solicitor with 6+ PQE to join its growing Corporate team in Guildford, Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to work on a broad range of high-value M&A, corporate, venture capital, and investment transactions within a highly regarded and ambitious team.
The role offers great client exposure, strong partner support, and genuine opportunities for progression, allowing you to further develop your technical expertise, business development skills, and profile within a successful Corporate practice.

- Advise on a broad range of corporate law and corporate transactions, including M&A, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, investment transactions, spin-outs, shareholder matters, and company law.
- Be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documentation and providing corporate legal advice, while managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Work directly with clients, partners, and other professional advisers, as well as supervising and supporting junior solicitors and lawyers.
- Have the opportunity to contribute to business development and client relationship management, while developing your own profile and building long-term client relationships.
Experience Required
- SRA-qualified Corporate Solicitor with 6+ PQE within Private Practice Corporate Law
- Experienced corporate lawyer with a strong M&A / corporate transactions background
- Solicitor with experience managing transactions from start to finish
- Strong communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ideally, experience or some exposure to supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
- Ideally, previous business development experience
