Looking for a graduate scheme to put your business acumen to the test? Look no further. The Corporate Services Group Graduate Scheme offers you an opportunity like no other. You’ll develop your skills through hands-on learning and comprehensive training tailored to you. You’ll undertake two placements with teams that help procure and support equipment for our Armed Forces while you study towards a professional qualification.

What You'll Need
To Apply For This Scheme, You’ll Need
- An honours degree in any recognised subject (minimum 2:2). A degree at a grade of 2:1 or higher and experience relevant to your chosen scheme would be desirable.
- If you are in your final academic year, you are encouraged to apply with your predicted grades. Evidence of the above qualifications will be required as part of your pre-employment checks before a formal offer can be made.
- It’s also beneficial for your CV to demonstrate any relevant or transferable experience. We’re looking for talented, motivated and enthusiastic graduates to start their careers with us in DE&S and become the future leaders in their field.

What You'll Do
The Scheme Covers Five Different Areas Of The Corporate Services Group, Each With Training Tailored To Support You In Developing Your Expertise
- Business Support (incorporating Business Change): Offers experience in both business support and change roles across different areas of DE&S.
- Security Management: Supports and enables the operational success of the Armed Forces and wider MoD by protecting the people, information and physical assets needed to deliver it. Includes study towards the Certificate in Security Management from the Security Institute.
- Quality Management: Focuses on ensuring effective systems of governance are in place, such as internal assurance and audit programmes, while creating a culture of continual improvement. Includes study towards both practitioner status of the Chartered Quality Institute and accredited Internal Auditor qualification.
- The Policy Profession: Supports senior officials and Government Ministers on parliamentary matters and high-profile issues affecting DE&S. Includes comprehensive training for MOD-policy professionals.
- Occupational Health and Safety and Environment (OHSE): Offers the opportunity to develop expertise that ensures we all work safely and within regulations. Includes study towards the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Managing Safety qualification.
