- Contract Type: Contract Position (12 Months, Extendable)
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week

- IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Purpose of the Role
The Corporate Services & HR Projects Officer supports the coordination and continuous improvement of the Company's Corporate Services activities. The role acts as the focal point for Procurement services, coordinates the implementation of the Group HR system, and contributes to the development of policies, procedures and business processes to improve operational efficiency and support the Company's growth.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Coordinate Corporate Services activities across the organisation, identifying gaps, dependencies and opportunities to strengthen governance, improve collaboration and enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as the Company's focal point for Procurement services, coordinating business requirements, liaising with the service provider, monitoring service delivery, facilitating issue resolution and supporting the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
- Support the implementation of the Group HR system by gathering business requirements, coordinating project activities, liaising with vendors and business functions, facilitating testing and change management activities, and supporting the successful deployment of the solution.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of corporate processes, policies and procedures, ensuring consistency, compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with internal functions and external partners to ensure effective communication, alignment of priorities and successful delivery of Corporate Services initiatives and strategic projects.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in Corporate Services, PMO, Business Transformation, HR Projects or similar cross-functional roles.
- Experience coordinating business or HR system implementation projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing or improving policies, procedures and business processes.
- Previous experience working in international or matrix organisations is considered an advantage.
- Having familiarity with the Malaysia or Indonesia business environment is an added advantage.
