Salary
£36,200 - £54,400 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
As a Corporate SHE Advisor, you'll play an important role in helping our colleagues and contract partners look after themselves and each other, creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to make safe, informed decisions. Working closely with the Corporate SHE Manager, you'll support the continued development of our Safety Family culture by building trusted relationships, sharing good practice, and helping teams understand how health, safety and wellbeing are integral to everything we do.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in health and safety. You'll gain experience across a broad range of activities, including workplace safety, contractor engagement, wellbeing initiatives, incident learning, assurance activities and environmental awareness, helping to create positive outcomes for our people.
You'll work alongside colleagues and contract partners across our Corporate Support Services functions and managed, office-based locations in the UK and Ireland - encouraging open conversations about risk, supporting learning from experience, and helping teams find practical solutions that keep people safe and healthy. By taking a supportive and approachable approach, you'll help foster a culture where everyone feels comfortable speaking up, sharing concerns and learning from one another.
The role includes opportunities to visit offices and property projects sites across the UK and Ireland, allowing you to build connections across the wider business and gain a broad understanding of how safety, health, wellbeing and environmental responsibility support our goals.
Through your enthusiasm and commitment to continuous improvement, you'll help strengthen our Safety Family culture, ensuring our people, customers and communities remain safe, healthy and supported every day.

You will
Support & Guidance
- Provide practical health, safety and environmental support to colleagues and contract partners, helping them understand requirements and make informed decisions.
- Assist managers and teams with risk assessments, safe systems of work and general SHE queries.
Relationship Building
- Develop positive working relationships across the business and with contract partners, promoting collaboration and encouraging safe and responsible behaviours.
- Support with contractor engagement activities to strengthen the SHE culture across activities including hard and soft facilities services, statutory compliance activities and various projects.
Safety Culture & Wellbeing
- Promote positive safety behaviours and support initiatives that enhance health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation.
- Help share learning from incidents, audits and best practice to support continuous improvement.
Monitoring & Improvement
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations, helping identify learning opportunities and preventative actions.
- Support SHE audits, inspections and compliance activities, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of SHE procedures, guidance and management systems.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in meetings, site visits and engagement activities across the UK and Ireland.
- Build confidence and credibility with colleagues by providing professional, approachable and practical SHE support.
You have
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Health, Safety and Environment.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (achieved or willing to work towards).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with people at all levels.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret information and provide practical solutions.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland when required.
