Shape CSR Strategy and Implementation
- Contribute to the development and execution of CSR strategy, policies, and action plans, with a primary focus on our UK operations and supporting international initiatives.

Drive Best Practices
- Conduct benchmarking to identify and integrate leading CSR practices.

Advance Inclusion & Belonging
- Propose strategic recommendations and drive progress on Inclusion & Belonging initiatives, including:
- Monitoring Inclusion Surveys
- Managing Trade Association relationships
- Providing HR support for DEI matters
- Serving as Secretariat for the Inclusion & Belonging Committee
- Overseeing Employee Networks
- Administering the UK Scholarship Program
- Managing philanthropic partnerships and activities.
- Propose strategic recommendations and drive progress on Inclusion & Belonging initiatives, including:

Measure and Report Impact
- Develop metrics, scorecards, and targets to monitor and manage CSR actions. Contribute to the annual CSR report and carbon footprint calculations.

- Enhance Communication and Engagement
- Collaborate with communications teams to develop internal and external awareness campaigns and promote CSR department activities.
Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a relevant field such as Business, Management, or Project Management.
Key Strengths
- A proactive and organised individual with proven project management skills.
- Skilled in building and nurturing both internal and external professional relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and possess strong storytelling and writing abilities.
- Well-versed in sustainable development principles and the landscape of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) regulations and practices.
- Advanced French language skills would be an asset, but is not essential.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in management or project management, ideally in DEI, Sustainable Development, or CSR.
