Corporate Associates and Senior Associate | 2 to 7 PQE | Surrey | From £72,000 | Visa sponsorship available

I'm working with a highly regarded South East law firm that is growing its well-established corporate team in Surrey. There are several roles to fill, from associate through to senior associate, with salaries from £72,000.
The work
Mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings and general corporate advisory work. Clients range from FTSE-listed groups to private equity-backed businesses and fast-growing companies. The team is busy, and associates are trusted with responsibility early, working closely with partners and with real client exposure from day one.

Who the firm would like to hear from
- UK-qualified corporate lawyers with 2 PQE or more, including more senior lawyers for the senior associate role
- Lawyers qualified in Australia or New Zealand with two to three years' post-qualification corporate experience who want to build a long-term career in the UK
- Strong corporate lawyers from other comparable common law jurisdictions, including South Africa
UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is available, and first-round interviews can be held by video, so the process is straightforward wherever you are based.
