AJ Chambers are partnering with a highly respected, multidisciplinary professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for its growing legal team.
Location: London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working
Salary: £63,000 - £70,000
Key Areas of Work:
- Company law and general corporate advisory
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Group reorganisations and corporate restructuring
- Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
- Capital investments and strategic business transactions
- Working closely with tax and accountancy specialists to deliver commercially focused, integrated advice

Key Knowledge and Expertise:
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3–4 years' PQE
- Valid Solicitor's Practising Certificate
- Strong experience in corporate law
- Previous experience working within a partnership or professional services environment
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities
- Confident managing challenging situations and building client relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a varied workload
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
