Job Title: Corporate Solicitor (3–6 Years PQE)

Location: Preston

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

About The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Corporate Solicitor with 3–6 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our dynamic and forward-thinking legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to work on a broad range of corporate matters, providing expert legal advice to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of corporate and commercial agreements.
  • Supporting clients on corporate governance, restructuring, and compliance matters.
  • Managing due diligence processes and advising on risk management.
  • Providing high-quality legal support to clients while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives to grow the firm’s profile.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3–6 years PQE in corporate law, gained within a reputable firm.
  • Strong technical expertise in corporate transactions and associated legal matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work as part of a team or independently.
