Are you a Corporate Solicitor looking for an opportunity to join a leading national law firm with ambitious plans for growth?
Job Title: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 8+ PQE
Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to circa £100k
The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing national corporate team in Norwich. Working within an established team of experienced corporate lawyers, you will be dealing with a range of clients including university spinouts, businesses, start ups, and multinational organisations. Working on high quality matters, you will be gaining exposure to M&A’s, corporate finance, fundraising, joint ventures, and private equity along with other general corporate matters. Some matters offer an international element and for the appointed individual there is plenty of scope and potential for career development.

The Candidate:
We would be keen to hear from Corporate Lawyers with at least 8 years PQE and a strong track record in corporate transactional work gained within a leading national, international or highly regarded regional practice. You will have sound technical expertise in handling M&A transactions and possess the ability to lead complex corporate matters along with dealing with a broad range of corporate work. Ideal Corporate Lawyers will be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as collaboratively with the national team.
