Service Care Legal are working with an established Legal 500 firm that is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate team in Surrey.
You'll advise a diverse client base on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- M&A
- Venture capital investments
- Corporate restructures
- General company law
The role offers the opportunity to lead transactions, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 6+ years' PQE
- Strong corporate experience gained within private practice
- Confident leading transactions from instruction to completion
- Experience supervising junior lawyers is desirable
- Commercial approach with an interest in business development
