About The Role
A Corporate Solicitor position has arisen in Leeds, offering a salary between £64,000 and £70,000 annually on a full-time basis. The Role
- You will work alongside experienced lawyers advising an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include private equity transactions, joint ventures and strategic investments, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and business sales and acquisitions.
- You will have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and technical expertise while working closely with experienced lawyers who are committed to supporting your career progression.
Skills Required
- Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE. gained within a recognised national or regional law firm.
- Exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions.
- Strong commercial awareness and sound technical ability.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
