The Role
A leading, UK200 listed law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their open and transparent team to assist with driving larger transactions and running smaller, less complex non-transactional work. The corporate team advises clients on a wealth of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, JV and shareholder agreements and LLP and partnership agreements. You will supervise the development of less experienced team members whilst simultaneously building your individual technical expertise and commercial acumen.
The Candidate
This firm is welcoming applications from Solicitors boasting 6 - 8 years of post-qualified experience, as well as a desire to learn, develop and progress as part of a team. The successful candidate must express an interest in developing the firm, client relationships, and fellow team members through involvement in coaching and advancement schemes.
