Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career?

Field Seymour Parkes is a leading Thames Valley law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal advice to businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and established corporate clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented and commercially minded Corporate Solicitor with 4yrs + PQE to join our highly regarded Corporate Team.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced partners and specialists, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Company restructures and reorganisations
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate governance matters
  • Share and asset sales and purchases
  • Private equity and investment transactions
  • General company law advice

About You
