Senior Corporate Solicitor | 5+ PQE
Location: Worcester
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working
Salary: £60,000–£70,000+ DOE (Negotiable)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for their next step.
GMP Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing law firm in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join its team.
The Role:
- Advising a broad range of clients on corporate matters and transactions.
- Managing a varied and interesting caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
- Handling acquisitions, disposals, company reorganisations, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory work.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting the development of junior members of the team.
- Taking on supervisory and mentoring responsibilities as part of the role.
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the corporate department.

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE.
- Strong technical experience across a broad range of corporate matters.
- Commercially minded with excellent client management skills.
- Confident working independently whilst also supporting and developing colleagues.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience would be highly advantageous.
- Someone who is ambitious and keen to take the next step in their career.
What's on Offer?
- Salary: £60,000–£70,000 depending on experience. There is flexibility to go beyond £70,000 for the right individual, particularly where they can demonstrate an established client following, strong network or ability to generate their own work.
