Corporate Solicitor / Associate – M&A
Leeds | 2–4 PQE | Flexible working
Bydand Recruitment is working with one of our leading national law firm clients to appoint a Corporate Associate to its fast-growing Leeds team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join a nationally recognised corporate offering and work on high-quality M&A, private equity and wider corporate transactions.

We would like to hear from qualified solicitors with ideally around two to four years’ PQE. However, this is a guide and candidates with equivalent corporate transactional experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong technical skills coupled with commercial approach
You should bring strong technical and drafting skills, commercial judgement, attention to detail and the confidence to manage matters while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
