Overview

  • Excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a busy and highly regarded corporate team offering high quality transactional work and genuine long term career progression.
  • Manage a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law matters.
  • Advise a diverse client base including owner managed businesses, listed companies, investors and lenders.
  • Support on larger, high value corporate transactions across a range of industry sectors.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents, corporate governance documentation and commercial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.
  • Contribute to the supervision and development of junior team members.
  • Play an active role in networking and business development initiatives.

Suitable for qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE in corporate law.

  • Strong experience in corporate finance and transactional work gained in private practice or in-house.
  • Confident managing your own caseload while contributing effectively to complex team led transactions.
  • Excellent technical ability, communication and organisational skills are essential.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior Lawyers would be advantageous.
