Corporate Solicitor

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a Tier 1 rated team in Leicester.

  • You will work closely with the Partner on a diverse range of clients on a variety of corporate matters.
  • You will be expected to advise on all types of corporate matters including reorganisations, private company asset disposals, and acquisitions.

The Candidate

  • You will have at least 7 years' experience of advising across the broad remit of corporate law gained within a leading regional or national law firm.
  • Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you will be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise and confidence in managing complex transactions.
  • You will be commercially astute and a team player with strong ambitions to build a long-term career within a progressive environment.
  • You should maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts and referrers and endeavour to promote the firm through networking and business development.
