Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

East Anglia – Essex / Suffolk border (Hybrid / Flexible Working)
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum + Discretionary Performance Bonus & Premium Benefits

Temp All Staffing is proud to partner with a highly successful, modern, multi-discipline regional law firm seeking an ambitious Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team. Our client stands out from traditional firms by championing a modern, practical, and highly collaborative working environment. Experiencing continuous organic growth over the last decade, the firm primarily services owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and corporate entities across the region.

The Role

This is far more than a routine case-handling position. Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial solicitor who wants to actively shape the future of the department, cultivate lasting client networks, and contribute to the firm's commercial success. You will work on high-value regional transactions alongside experienced partners, benefiting from tailored career progression pathways and modern legal tech infrastructure.

Reward and Recognition

  • Base Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Performance-related discretionary bonus scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service up to 30 days.
  • True hybrid and flexible working structures.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including permanent health insurance and life assurance.
  • Fully funded professional memberships and continuous professional development (CPD) support.
  • Contributory pension and discounted staff legal services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
