Corporate / Commercial Solicitor
7–10+ PQE | London / London Area | Salary by Negotiation
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team, advising an exceptional portfolio of international and household-name clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work on sophisticated, high-value matters for some of the world's most recognised businesses.
The Opportunity
The firm has an impressive international client base and has worked with, or is currently working with, 50 of the Fortune Global 500 corporations.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise major international businesses and household-name organisations across a broad range of sophisticated corporate and commercial matters, developing long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and becoming a trusted legal adviser.

This role would suit a solicitor with strong technical capability who also brings genuine commercial awareness, excellent client-management skills and the confidence to operate at a high level.
The Ideal Candidate
- 7–10+ years' PQE with substantial Corporate and/or Commercial experience.
- Strong academic background with excellent technical legal skills.
- A stable and consistent career history, demonstrating commitment and progression.
- Experience advising sophisticated businesses, ideally including international or household-name clients.
- Strong commercial judgement and an ability to understand the wider objectives behind client instructions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable handling complex, high-value and commercially significant matters.
- Ideally London-based or within the surrounding area.
