About The Role
A Corporate Solicitor position is available in Leeds, offering a salary between £45,000 and £65,000 per annum depending on experience. Overview
Excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a busy and growing Leeds team offering high quality transactional work and genuine long term career progression.
- Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments, shareholder arrangements, and corporate structuring.
- Work closely with experienced Partners and colleagues on complex and high-quality transactions.
- Advise a diverse client base across a range of sectors and business types.
- Develop your technical expertise and commercial understanding through exposure to a varied caseload.

Suitable for qualified Solicitors with approximately 2–3 years' PQE in corporate law.
- Solid experience gained within a respected corporate team is essential, ideally within a medium or large law firm.
- Strong technical ability with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to client matters.
- Ambitious, personable and keen to develop a long-term career within a thriving corporate practice.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship skills required.
